Feedback is so important to our ability to get better at our jobs, and yet it's hard to actually hear it sometimes. This video talks about how we, as employees, need to learn and grow, but we want to be accepted. I like this piece because it talks about the reactions we all have to feedback and breaks down the different reasons we have those reactions.
