Understanding Ergonomic Support
Ergonomics is the science of designing objects to optimize them for human use. Proper ergonomic support provides comfort and accessibility while using everyday items. Think about the grip of your steering wheel, the feel of your keyboard, the comfort (or lack thereof) of your car seat or desk chair. Ergonomics is all around you!

Even though it requires much more effort than lounging in your chair, proper posture has a lot of physiological, mental, and physical benefits.
Similar to sitting with good posture, standing up at your desk has a lot of health benefits.
When you use a standing desk, you want to maintain optimal posture, similar to if you were sitting down. Use these resources as a reference to ensure your standing desk is properly set up.
