Working with the sales rep on an Opportunity or Client Account means helping the sales rep know what questions to ask to ensure you have enough detail to understand what the customer is trying to achieve. You might even need to join a deeper-dive call to ask the more robust or technical questions.

Maybe you even need to reach out to marketing to find out if there is a one-pager on security compliance.
