This book provides readers with an in-depth treatment of e-learning in the workplace, including issues and opportunities. It's a little drier and more academic than some of the other texts I might recommend, but has significant research that underpins each recommendation. The entire series (Explorations in the Learning Sciences, Instructional Systems, and Performance Technologies) has some valuable content worth checking out!
