Incorporating technology like computer-based training (also known as eLearning), videoconferencing, learning management systems and the like can expand the boundaries of your learning experience for those who live elsewhere, which can also save a company travel and lodging costs for remote workers.

In section one, we will explore the technological options available.
Section two will cover the tools for designing learning products, such as web-based job aids and electronic performance subsystems, as well as tools to use to create a tech-based redesign of old courses.
