Financial Statements are the main way companies present their financial results. These are intended for a larger variety of users, including investors, creditors, regulators and management, and as such there a number of rules that go into preparing each financial statement. Since numbers are the language of business, it is important to understand the financial statements and what information they convey about the health of a business, regardless of whether you work in an Accounting Department or just aspire to a management position in your organization.
