Does ADHD qualify as a disability? Should meeting and work rooms be inclusive and accessible to everyone? Could it become standard to have real-time captioning on audio content and training for company employees? Could more managers be trained in Mental Health First Aid or similar programs that teach the skills to the signs of mental illness and substance use?
