You have the idea, the business plan is written, and you know the steps to take to turn your idea into a reality... but there is one piece of the pie missing: communicating your idea to the world. If you don't know how to influence others authentically, that idea may remain just that: only an idea. You must be able to have confidence in yourself and your ideas in order to bring them to life. Through public speaking I have built my business to become the largest event for female leaders in its very first year. I did this by sharing my passion, my perspective and my ideas with others.
