Olguin is a Mexican specialist in instructional design for online courses developed by the Inter-American Development Bank in the IDBx program. Graduate in Pedagogy and Master in Educational Research with experience in Instructional Design, e-learning projects, as well as in design and implementation of pedagogical strategies in face-to-face, hybrid and distance modalities in higher education. He has worked training teachers in competency-based learning at the Tecnológico de Monterrey México.
